Our Anger Management classes provide a structured, 10-Chapter approach to normalize feelings and tackle inappropriate anger. We teach techniques and encourage participants to practice new, positive coping skills. Most attendees see improvement in personal and professional relationships as a result of this course.

 Since 2004, we have been assisting grieving individuals and families over the loss of their animal companions. Losing a pet is difficult, and can leave an emptiness where once there was joy. We are here to help you navigate the grieving process and provide much needed emotional support.

This closed process group addresses relationship problems with codependent behavior(s) and mindsets, or beliefs. Codependency, at it's core, is a complete and total abandonment of self to serve others. Our six (6) session course helps people learn what codependent behavior is, what can be done to re-calibrate it, and to learn and develop better coping skills. Teaching that your needs and desires are weighted equally to those of others. New beliefs lead to practicing more positive, interdependent behavior which brings about more positive and healthy relationships with outher.
