Our group has been mending broken hearts and helping people with pet loss since 2004 . et Loss Support Group meets monthly.

Anger Management Enrollment Fee

This fee covers a one-time enrollment appointment required to attend Anger Management classes. This appointment will cover expectations, paperwork and questions about the course. It is not a therapy session nor it the fee refundable as it pays for the Director's time.

Anger Management Class

30

Enrollment is mandatory to attend. Each class is $30 based on a ten chapter curriculum. Fee includes all materials for each class. All 10 Chapters must be completed to graduate, not simply attending 10 times. Total fee for the 10 class curriculum is $300. Pay as you go or all at once. Graduation comes with a Certificate of Completion. If Court Order requires more than 10 classes, some chapters will be repeated and the . Proof of Enrollment and a Progress Report are also available upon request.  

Relationship Boot Camp Enrollment Fee

This fee covers a one-time enrollment appointment required to attend our Relationship Boot Camp. This appointment will cover expectations, paperwork, and questions about the boot camp. Some insurance is accepted. Please inquire.

Each class is $30 based on a six session curriculum. Fee includes all materials for each class.

Payment

We use a contact-less method of payment through an emailed invoice. We do accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. If mailing a check to the office, please provide us with this information to skip the electronic invoice.    

Sliding scale/reduced fee

No one attending our Pet Loss Support Group will be turned away due to lack of funds. A sliding scale fee will be made available for those meeting financial hardship criteria affecting income or one's ability to pay. Your interest in this must be mentioned when you RSVP to attend the support group.

Some insurance is accepted but must be discussed and verified prior to date of service.

A sliding scale fee for psychotherapy is available for those meeting a financial hardship but must be discussed prior to date of service. Please inquire if interested in exercising this option.

Insurance

Some insurance is accepted. Acceptance and use of insurance must be verified prior to your first appointment/date of service. For insurance verification purposes, please email a copy of the front and back of your insurance card along with your first and last name, telephone number, and your date of birth. We are an in-network provider for: Anthem Blue Cross, Beacon Health Options, Optum (United Behavior Health, United HealthCare, and Oscar). High deductible plans do require out-of-pocket payments to your provider until your deductible has been met. You may want to contact your insurance and ask about your plan and the amount of your deductible. Receipts for credit card  payments are available upon request and are issued through the automated clearing house financial processing service. While your health insurance may state coverage for my services is included, it is always better to know your benefits first hand.
